Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled through our website.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for selected products. Products purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange. Agarwal Saree Centre reserves the right to modify the exchange policy at any time without prior notice.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please read the following terms carefully:

  • Time Frame: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the original purchase date.

  • One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Further exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.

  • Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and the reason for the exchange.

To request an exchange, please send an email to jkg833@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos of the received product

The exchange process will begin only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

  • Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • Self-return is required. Pickup service is not available from our side. Customers must send the product to our address at their own expense.

  • Products received in a damaged or tampered package will not be accepted.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the package, as it may be required to resolve any damage or incorrect product claims.

Important Note

Agarwal Saree Centre does not offer a return or refund policy. Only exchanges are available for eligible products as per the terms mentioned above.
