Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of ethnic wear products such as sarees and suits, products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and product images. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchange

In case of size issues or product defects, we may offer a product exchange depending on availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, the return shipping cost may be covered by us.
